How do I find my ring size?

Can I customize my jewelry?

Want to make a piece more personal? Ask us about a different size, chain length, stone color, or material. Options vary by design. Email info@avecnewyork.com with the product name or link and what you have in mind. We’ll confirm available options, pricing, and timing before you order.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Most pieces are hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. Contact us with specific concerns.

What is the processing time for my order?

Each piece is handcrafted. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping. Shipping transit time is additional. For custom requests, we’ll confirm the estimated production time before you order. Need your piece for a special date? Email info@avecnewyork.com before placing your order so we can check timing. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Enter your shipping address at checkout to see the available shipping options and charges for your destination. Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Destination-country taxes, tariffs, and duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible unworn items in their complete original packaging may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt, with prior authorization. Personalized items, custom orders, and wholesale orders are final sale. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy for all conditions and email info@avecnewyork.com before returning an item.

Do you offer repairs?
