CARE INSTRUCTION


Each piece of our jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time.

Wear: Handle your jewelry with care. Apply makeup and fragrance before putting on your jewelry, as certain chemicals like alcohol or sanitizer may damage or discolor the piece.
Care: To preserve and enhance shine, regularly rub your jewelry with a soft cloth like glasses' cloth or the pouch that we provide. Avoid contact with water, soap, detergent, Hand sanitizer or any chemical solution that may damage, rust or discolor the piece.
Storage: Store and transport each jewelry piece separately in its pouch or plastic poly bags to avoid scratches.

 REPAIR POLICY 


To request a repair please email info@avecnewyork.com and be sure to include your name, telephone number, and a brief description of the problem. 
We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. 'avec new york' has full discretion over the status of an item when reviewing for repair, return or exchange. As long as 
Damage is related to a manufacturer or quality issue, for items purchased within 6 months, repairs are free of charge and within 1 year, we will charge the half of the repair fee. If your purchase is older than 1 year, you will be charged for the repair. 
For items that need extensive work additional costs may apply which will be determined after receiving the piece at our studio. 
Repair times may vary and are handled on a case by case basis. 
We highly recommends you certify and insure your repair shippings as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods.
